Production - Approximately 180.000 bottles
Assemblage - 50 % - Merlot, 50% - Cabernet - Sauvignon
Wine making - Partial vinification in thermoregulated stainless steel vats. Soft extraction of juice by shedding and reassembly.
Barrel fermentation - 2 - 3 weeks according to the vintage
Ageing - 12 - 14 months according to the vintage

on the left bank of the Garonne and more particularly for the Medoc's properties as presented in Winemakers.
Love colored this wine ! Château Amour has fine and seductive berry aromas.
The touch is well balanced. The after taste is fruity.
